Freeze whole coffee beans in small airtight portions and thaw them in the closed bag.

How to do it
- Pack the whole beans in small airtight portions and freeze them.
- Take one portion out of the freezer a day before use.
- Let it thaw in the sealed bag until it reaches room temperature, then grind it.
