Store eggs point-down in the fridge
Store eggs pointed end down in the fridge to keep their protective membrane intact.

What you need
- Fridge
How to do it
- Put the eggs in the egg compartment of the fridge.
- Place them with the pointed end facing down.
Why it works
If the egg lies the other way round, the air bubble can rise and detach the inner protective membrane. Germs could then get in more easily.
