Cut parchment paper to fit a round springform tin by folding it into a triangle and trimming it to the tin's radius.

What you need
- Parchment paper

- Springform tin
How to do it
- Fold the parchment into a pointed triangle.
- Hold the tip at the centre of the springform tin.
- Cut the edge so the triangle matches the radius of the tin.
- Unfold the paper and lay it in the tin.
Variations
- Square loaf tins and casserole dishes have their own trick.
