Peel a boiled egg with a small flat spoon: crack, slide the spoon in, lift the shell away.

What you need
- Boiled egg
- Small, flat spoon
How to do it
- Crack the egg on a hard surface and remove a small piece of shell, just enough for the spoon to fit.
- Carefully slide a small, preferably flat spoon between the shell and the egg white.
- Lift the shell away piece by piece.
