- ⏱ 5 min
- Difficulty
- ◆ easy
What you need
- Ice cube tray
- Leftover coffee
- Airtight container or freezer bag
How to do it
- Let the coffee cool completely; don't pour it into the tray warm.
- Fill the ice cube trays and freeze.
- Move the frozen cubes into a sealed freezer bag and use them within one month.
Variations
- For blended drinks, mix the coffee with milk or cream before freezing; the cubes work well in smoothies and frozen coffee drinks.
