Cool cake completely and freeze it in a full container with baking paper between layers.

What you need
- Freezer container
- Baking paper
How to do it
- Let the baked goods cool down completely.
- Fill the container as full as possible, separating layers with baking paper.
- Keep air to a minimum, close the lid and freeze.
Variations
- You can also wrap pieces individually in aluminium foil or cling film.
