Fruit ice cubes frozen in the tray
Freeze fruit or edible flowers in ice cubes to add flavour and a pretty look to your drinks as they melt.

What you need
- Ice cube tray
- Fruit
- Water
How to do it
- Put the fruit into the individual compartments of the tray.
- Pour water over it and leave it to freeze.
Variations
- Flowers instead of fruit: gently wash edible flowers, let them drain well, put them in the tray and top up with water. They look great in a glass of sparkling wine.
