Remove a toggle bolt by threading a screw into it
Remove a toggle bolt from the wall by threading a screw into it so the wings fold in.

What you need
- Matching screw (same diameter and length as the anchor)
- Pliers
- Screwdriver if needed
How to do it
- Turn a screw that matches the anchor’s diameter and length fully into its thread. It must still stick out a few centimetres.
- The tension pulls the metal wings in.
- Grip the protruding end of the anchor with pliers and pull it out.
