What you need
- Slotted screwdriver
- Phillips screwdriver, depending on the fittings
How to do it
- Check all visible screws on the sash and frame and tighten them.
- Remove the plastic caps over the hinges' set screws with a slotted screwdriver.
- Turn the set screws until the sash sits properly.
