Test your fridge door seal with a sheet of paper or a flashlight to see whether it still closes tightly.

What you need
- sheet of paper or kitchen paper
How to do it
- Trap a piece of paper between the fridge door and the frame.
- Close the door and pull on the paper.
- Repeat the test at several spots, especially in the corners.
Variations
- Flashlight test: you need a flashlight. Make some room in the fridge, switch the flashlight on, put it inside and close the door. In a darkened room, look from outside for light leaking around the seal.
