Fire, water, storm: race to the safe spot
An outdoor reaction game: on “fire”, “water” or “storm”, everyone must dash to the right spot.

How to do it
- The game leader, for example an older child, explains the tasks and agrees the areas in advance.
- Everyone runs around the garden or meadow.
- On “STORM”, all children lie flat on the ground.
- On “WATER”, everyone must get up onto something raised, such as a bench.
- On “FIRE”, everyone runs to a corner or area agreed beforehand.
- Anyone who does not do the called move, or does it last, is out.
