Tickets please: tear off a ticket for each stretch
A car game for long trips: kids show a ticket after set stretches of the journey.

What you need
- A sheet with tear-off tickets drawn on it
- Optionally a small reward
How to do it
- Before or at the start of the trip, give the children a sheet of drawn, tear-off tickets.
- Decide in advance after how many kilometres you check tickets, e.g. every 50 or every 100 km.
- Tell the children how many kilometres the whole trip is.
- After each stretch, play the ticket inspector and ask for a ticket.
Variations
- Give a small surprise for each ticket handed in, such as a chocolate bar or a little picture book.
