Tape over the edges of a blister plaster so it stays put
A strip of fixing tape over the edges keeps your blister plaster in place inside your sock.

What you need
- Blister plaster
- Medical fixing tape (e.g. Leukoplast or kinesio tape)
How to do it
- Press the blister plaster down firmly.
- Stick a piece of medical fixing tape across the edges of the blister plaster.
