Ice cube used as a burning lens
In snow and sunshine, an ice cube is said to work as a burning lens to light tinder.

What you need
- Ice
- Sunshine
- Dry tinder
How to do it
- Shape the ice so it is thick in the middle and thin toward the edges.
- Hold it in the sunlight during the day.
- Aim the focal point at the tinder.
