Chunk long numbers into blocks

Split long numbers into small blocks to make them much easier to remember.

How to do it

  1. Split the long number into smaller groups that make as much sense as possible.
  2. Example: 3210072412660104 becomes “321”, “007”, “2412”, “66” and “0104”.
  3. Link the blocks to images or stories.

Why it works

Our usual memory span is about 7 ± 2 units of information. Chunks reduce the number of units you have to remember.
