What you need
- Penetrating oil (e.g. WD-40)
- Rag
How to do it
- Apply the penetrating oil to the gap between seatpost and seat tube.
- Let it soak for 24 to 48 hours.
- Work the post loose with twisting movements.
- If it won't budge, go to a bike workshop.
